Terms of Service

You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account.

Dalvora connects guests, buyers and renters with hosts, agents and professionals. We are not a party to bookings or contracts between users, except where we provide the service ourselves.

Listing owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Dalvora may remove content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or community standards.

Payments are processed via our partners and held in escrow when applicable. Cancellation and refund terms are shown at checkout and depend on the listing's policy.

For professional services, Dalvora's guarantee covers job redo or refund within 48 hours of completion. Damage cover up to $5,000 applies subject to investigation.

• No fraud, harassment, hate speech or unlawful activity.
• No scraping, reverse-engineering or circumventing payments.
• No off-platform transactions for jobs originated on Dalvora.

Dalvora, the logo, and the AI concierge are our intellectual property. You retain rights to content you upload but grant us a worldwide licence to display it on our platform.

Dalvora is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to fees you paid Dalvora in the prior 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are resolved by arbitration in Lagos, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance via email and in-app.
